Bo Ningen and Tulegur Gangzi, both performing at Niubi Festival this weekend, got some good coverage in Finnish media.

Bo Ningen was interviewed by the leading indie/alternative magazine Rumba. Tulegur Gangzi, performing a special “Gangzi & Votkin” duo gig at Niubi Festival, spoke to Maailman Kuvalehti, which is published by Kepa, the umbrella organisation for Finnish civil society organisations who work with development cooperation or are otherwise interested in global affairs.

“When we are physically on a new continent, it has a much stronger effect on our music than listening to music from different continents on YouTube.”

“Bono may have Pope on his speed dial but Tulegur Gangzi, 33, isn’t far behind: his voice is under protection of UNESCO.”

Read the article – in Finnish as well (but Google Translate could give you a funny interpretation…).
